A.      Dean

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan for the Faculty;
  • Ensure the implementation of education, teaching, services, and student development;
  • Guide faculty research and community service activities;
  • Support career development for faculty and administrative staff;
  • Sign and approve documents and reports in accordance with applicable procedures.

Authority:

  • Provide guidance on the implementation of education, teaching, and student services to the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs;
  • Offer guidance on faculty career development;
  • Evaluate the academic performance and competence of faculty and administrative staff;
  • Assess the implementation of community service activities;
  • Plan and propose the recruitment of human resources, including faculty and administrative staff.

B. Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Institutional Development

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the implementation of education and teaching within the Faculty;
  • Plan academic development and services for students;
  • Ensure the delivery of academic services to students in line with academic quality standards;
  • Formulate relevant academic curriculum development in response to environmental changes;
  • Coordinate faculty research and community service activities to enhance scientific knowledge;
  • Coordinate the implementation of Integrative Field Work Practice (PKLI) and student internships;
  • Develop and implement academic quality assurance for the Faculty;
  • Formulate academic quality manuals;
  • Coordinate academic quality assurance implementation within the Faculty;
  • Monitor and evaluate academic quality assurance implementation within the Faculty;
  • Coordinate and encourage faculty to participate in seminars, training, workshops, and other academic development forums.

Authority:

  • Evaluate faculty academic performance;
  • Coordinate the creation of class schedules by departments;
  • Formulate and implement academic development policies with the Dean;
  • Evaluate academic quality assurance implementation within the Faculty;
  • Evaluate the teaching and learning process implementation;
  • Evaluate the implementation of Integrative Field Work Practice (PKLI) and student internships.Evaluate the performance of academic support units.

C. Deputy Dean for General Administration, Finance, and Planning

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Faculty budget in accordance with agreed programs with the Faculty planning department;
  • Plan administrative activities within the Faculty;
  • Enhance the welfare of Faculty staff and faculty members;
  • Plan and formulate the Faculty’s State Property Inventory (IKN);
  • Consider and assess proposals for State Property Inventory (IKN) procurement from faculty and administrative staff;
  • Develop and explore financial funding sources for the Faculty;
  • Prepare financial reports for the Faculty leadership;
  • Plan and organize staff administration and governance;
  • Plan, formulate, and coordinate the preparation of the Faculty’s performance accountability reports;
  • Plan the equipment needs to support the implementation of education and teaching processes in the Faculty;
  • Coordinate and direct the Faculty’s administrative staff.

Authority:

  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Faculty housekeeping activities;
  • Formulate funding sources for research in collaboration with the Dean and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs;
  • Monitor and evaluate Faculty programs and budget usage;
  • Assist with administrative processes for faculty and administrative staff career development;
  • Monitor the use of the Faculty’s State Property Inventory (IKN).Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff

D. Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support student and alumni activities;
  • Formulate and implement student development policies;
  • Source and distribute scholarships to students;
  • Develop models for fostering student interests and talents;
  • Formulate policies for alumni development and empowerment;
  • Develop collaborations with stakeholders.

Authority:

  • Evaluate student academic progress;
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the student code of ethics.
