Pandangan ini berdasarkan dalil-dalil:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"margin: 0cm 35.1pt 0pt 2cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u201cBulan Ramadlan, bulan yang di dalamnya diturunkan al-Qur\u2019an sebagai petunjuk bagi manusia dan penjelasan-penjelasan untuk itu serta pembeda antara yang benar dan yang batil.\u201d {QS.al-Baqarah (2): 185}<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; text-indent: 0cm; margin: 0cm 35.1pt 0pt 2cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u201cSesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkannya (al-Qur\u2019an) pada malam <em>lailatul qadar<\/em>\u201d <\/span><\/span><a name=\"_ftnref1\" href=\"http:\/\/syariah.uin-malang.ac.id\/#_ftn1\"><span class=\"MsoFootnoteReference\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";=\"\" mso-bidi-font-family:=\"\" 'traditional=\"\" arabic';\"=\"\"><span style=\"mso-special-character: footnote;\"><span class=\"MsoFootnoteReference\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%; font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";=\"\" font-size:=\"\" 12pt;=\"\" mso-ansi-language:=\"\" en-us;=\"\" mso-bidi-font-family:=\"\" 'traditional=\"\" arabic';=\"\" mso-fareast-font-family:=\"\" 'times=\"\" roman';=\"\" mso-fareast-language:=\"\" mso-fareast-theme-font:=\"\" minor-fareast;\"=\"\">[1]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> {QS. Al-Qadar (96): 1}<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"margin: 0cm 35.1pt 0pt 2cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u201cSesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan (al-Qur\u2019an) pada suatu malam yang diberkahi.\u201d {QS. Al-Dukhan (38): 3}<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent2\" style=\"text-indent: -18pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 18pt; tab-stops: list 18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-fareast-font-family: Garamond;\"><span style=\"mso-list: Ignore;\"><span style=\"font-family: Garamond; font-size: small;\">2.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\";\"=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\">Pendapat kedua melihat bahwa pendapat pertama ini bertentangan dengan kenyataan historis yang menunjukkan bahwa al-Qur\u2019an diturunkan berangsur-angsur sampai selama kurang lebih dua puluh tiga tahun. Oleh karenanya, mayoritas ulama berpendapat bahwa tiga ayat tersebut menjelaskan awal mula turunnya al-Qur\u2019an secara keseluruhan di Bulan Ramadlan ke <em>lauh al-mahfudh<\/em>, kemudian Jibril as. menurunkan al-Qur\u2019an kepada Nabi saw. sesuai dengan kejadian dan peristiwa-peristiwa selama kurang lebih 23 tahun.<\/span><span class=\"MsoFootnoteReference\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";=\"\" mso-bidi-font-family:=\"\" 'traditional=\"\" arabic';\"=\"\"> <a name=\"_ftnref2\" href=\"http:\/\/syariah.uin-malang.ac.id\/#_ftn2\"><span style=\"mso-special-character: footnote;\"><span class=\"MsoFootnoteReference\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%; font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";=\"\" font-size:=\"\" 12pt;=\"\" mso-ansi-language:=\"\" en-us;=\"\" mso-bidi-font-family:=\"\" 'traditional=\"\" arabic';=\"\" mso-fareast-font-family:=\"\" 'times=\"\" roman';=\"\" mso-fareast-language:=\"\" mso-fareast-theme-font:=\"\" minor-fareast;\"=\"\">[2]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent2\" style=\"text-indent: 36pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Saya sepakat dengan pendapat kedua ini sebab al-Qur\u2019an dengan tegas menjelaskan bahwa al-Qur\u2019an tidak diturunkan seperti Taurat, Injil atau Zabur yang diturunkan sekaligus, perhatikan ayat berikut: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent2\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Berkatalah orang-orang kafir: \u201cMengapa al-Qur\u2019an itu tidak diturunkan kepadanya sekali turun saja?. Demikianlah supaya Kami perkuat hatimu dengannyadan Kami membacakannya kelompok demi kelompok.<em> <\/em>{QS. al-Furqan (25): 32}<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent2\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent2\" style=\"text-indent: 36pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ulama berbeda pendapat mengenai siapa yang mengatakan hal tersebut; Ibn \u2018Abbas mengatakan bahwa ayat ini diturunkan berkaitan dengan orang kafir bangsa Quraisy. Sedangkan pendapat yang lain mengatakan bahwa ayat tersebut berkaitan dengan setelah orang Yahudi menmgetagyi bahwa al-Qur\u2019an diturunkan terpisah-pisah, kemudian mereka meminta agar al-Qur\u2019an diturunkan sekaligus seperti taurat diturunkan kepada Musa as., Injil kepada Isa as. dan Zabur kepada Daud as.<\/span><\/span><a name=\"_ftnref3\" href=\"http:\/\/syariah.uin-malang.ac.id\/#_ftn3\"><span class=\"MsoFootnoteReference\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";=\"\" mso-bidi-font-family:=\"\" 'traditional=\"\" arabic';\"=\"\"><span style=\"mso-special-character: footnote;\"><span class=\"MsoFootnoteReference\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%; font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";=\"\" font-size:=\"\" 12pt;=\"\" mso-ansi-language:=\"\" en-us;=\"\" mso-bidi-font-family:=\"\" 'traditional=\"\" arabic';=\"\" mso-fareast-font-family:=\"\" 'times=\"\" roman';=\"\" mso-fareast-language:=\"\" mso-fareast-theme-font:=\"\" minor-fareast;\"=\"\">[3]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent2\" style=\"text-indent: 36pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Siapapun yang mengharapkan al-Qur\u2019an turun sekaligus tersebut bukan masalah kita di sini, yang ingin ditunjukkan di sini bahwa ayat ini mengaskan bahwa Allah menolak permintaan untuk menurunkan al-Qur\u2019an sekaligus, sebaliknya Allah kemudian berfirman bahwa Dia menurunkan al-Qur\u2019an tidak secara sekaligus untuk menguatkan hati Nabi saw. Tegasnya, ayat ini menjadi dalil bahwa al-Qur\u2019an diturunkan barangsur-angsur, tidak turun sekaligus seperti Taurat kepada Musa as., Injil kepada Isa as., atau Zabur kepada Daud as. Bahkan, QS. Al-Isra\u2019 (17): 106 menegaskan:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; text-indent: 0cm; margin: 0cm 42.15pt 0pt 36pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u201cDan al-Qur\u2019an itu telah Kami turunkan dengan berangsur-angsur agar kamu membacakannya perlahan-lahan kepada manusia dan Kami menurunkannya bagian demi bagian.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; text-indent: 0cm; margin: 0cm 42.15pt 0pt 36pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin: 0cm -0.35pt 0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ayat di atas menjelaskan bahwa al-Qur\u2019an tidak diturunkan sekaligus, melainkan<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>berangsur-angsur. Adapun hikmah al-Qur\u2019an diturunkan berangsur-angsur tersebut bagi pribadi Nabi saw adalah untuk:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: -18pt; margin: 0cm -0.35pt 0pt 18pt; font-size: small;\">1.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\";\"=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Menepis keraguan hati Nabi saw akan kebenaran wahyu yang diterimanya.<\/span><\/span><a name=\"_ftnref4\" href=\"http:\/\/syariah.uin-malang.ac.id\/#_ftn4\"><span class=\"MsoFootnoteReference\"><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";=\"\" mso-bidi-font-family:=\"\" 'traditional=\"\" arabic';\"=\"\"><span style=\"mso-special-character: footnote;\"><span class=\"MsoFootnoteReference\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%; Segolongan kecil dari mereka menerima dengan baik dan sebagian besar masyarakat menolak karena kebodohan mereka untuk mempertahankan tradisi atau karena adanya maksud-maksud tertentu. Pada periode ini dakwah al-Qur\u2019an sudah melebar melampaui batas-batas Kota Makkah.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin: 0cm -0.35pt 0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\">Periode Kedua<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"> adalah fase dimana terjadi pertarungan hebat antara gerakan Islam melawan tradisi jahiliyah. Pada masa yang berlangsung antara 8 hingga 9 tahun ini, gerakan oposisi menggunakan berbagai cara untuk menentang dakwah al-Qur\u2019an, mulai dari fitnah, intimidasi hingga penganiayaan fisik. Ayat-ayat al-Qur\u2019an yang diturunkan pada fase ini secara silih berganti berkaitan dengan permasalahan-permasalahan: 1) Kewajiban-kewajiban prinsipil; 2) Kecaman dan ancaman yang pedas kepada kaum musyrik; dan 3) Argumentasi-argumentasi mengenai keesaan Allah swt dan kepastian hari kiamat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin: 0cm -0.35pt 0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\">Periode Ketiga<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: \" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\",\"serif\";\"=\"\"> adalah fase dimana dakwah al-Qur\u2019an mencapai puncak prestasinya yang didukung oleh suasana kondusif para pengikutnya yang sudah terbebas dari tekanan-tekanan para oposan al-Qur\u2019an.
