Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Institutional Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organize the implementation of education and teaching within the Faculty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan academic development and services for students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the delivery of academic services to students in line with academic quality standards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulate relevant academic curriculum development in response to environmental changes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate faculty research and community service activities to enhance scientific knowledge;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the implementation of Integrative Field Work Practice (PKLI) and student internships;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement academic quality assurance for the Faculty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulate academic quality manuals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate academic quality assurance implementation within the Faculty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and evaluate academic quality assurance implementation within the Faculty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and encourage faculty to participate in seminars, training, workshops, and other academic development forums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Authority:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluate faculty academic performance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the creation of class schedules by departments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulate and implement academic development policies with the Dean;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate academic quality assurance implementation within the Faculty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate the teaching and learning process implementation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate the implementation of Integrative Field Work Practice (PKLI) and student internships.Evaluate the performance of academic support units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C. Deputy Dean for General Administration, Finance, and Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare the Faculty budget in accordance with agreed programs with the Faculty planning department;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan administrative activities within the Faculty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance the welfare of Faculty staff and faculty members;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and formulate the Faculty\u2019s State Property Inventory (IKN);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consider and assess proposals for State Property Inventory (IKN) procurement from faculty and administrative staff;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and explore financial funding sources for the Faculty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare financial reports for the Faculty leadership;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and organize staff administration and governance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan, formulate, and coordinate the preparation of the Faculty\u2019s performance accountability reports;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan the equipment needs to support the implementation of education and teaching processes in the Faculty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and direct the Faculty\u2019s administrative staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Authority:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Faculty housekeeping activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulate funding sources for research in collaboration with the Dean and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and evaluate Faculty programs and budget usage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with administrative processes for faculty and administrative staff career development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the use of the Faculty\u2019s State Property Inventory (IKN).Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D. Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implement and support student and alumni activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulate and implement student development policies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source and distribute scholarships to students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop models for fostering student interests and talents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulate policies for alumni development and empowerment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop collaborations with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Authority:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluate student academic progress;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the student code of ethics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Dean Responsibilities: Authority: B.
